Innovations in Aging
The Innovations in Aging Collaborative (IIAC) is a unique multi-disciplinary team working to ensure that the Pikes Peak region is a remarkable place in which to age. The volunteer initiative was launched by funding from the Inasmuch Foundation and the RNR Foundation with support from UCCS and the CU Foundation. IIAC focuses community attention on the rapidly growing need for a coordinated community approach to address making Colorado Springs an even better place to age. The group consists of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs Gerontology Center , private businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies private foundations and community leaders all working together to create a road map for our community.
