It has been a number of years since we have come together as a larger community to explore new ideas and new options around aging. We applaud the many agencies, staff members and volunteers who work long and hard on senior issues. We welcome this opportunity to join with them and think about what other opportunities are out there!

Other communities have been very successful in creating new awareness among policy makers, agencies, organizations, the media and the general population around aging. Colorado Springs has a distinct advantage over many other communities because of our natural beauty, wonderful weather and easily accessed parks and recreation opportunities.
