We like the idea of an intimate neighborhood model to cope with such issues as transportation, wellness, fitness, arts, education, shopping, and recreation. 'Neighborhood' might include virtual or institutional communities. A computer website might constitute a neighborhood -- so might a library or church. We can build awareness through neighborhood mapping of arts activities, resources, existing organizations, and opportunities. Again, all generations can participate.
